Out of Pocket Expense Recovery for $10 plus tax per rental day
* Covers up to $200 per day for a maximum of two days, taxes included for expenses (i.e. hotel, food, etc) if the vehicle is out of service for more than 12 hours from the initial contact. To Receive this service you must click on the I accept button below. $10 per rental day plus taxes will be added to your rental agreement.

Coverage is reimbursed by Universal Truck Rental at the termination of the Rental directly onto the Rental Agreement. Call centre does not provide any over the road compensation or emergency compensation. Emergency Road Side Assistance excludes all Out of Service Time caused by Accidents, Cold Start Issues, Overhead Damage, Fuel Issues, Tire Issues, Renter's Negligence or misuse and Incidents.

- I accept and will pay an extra $100 for the truck to be cleaned and detailed
- I decline and will accept the truck in the condition received.
Note: Due to the size of the truck(s) Universal Truck Rental Does NOT detail or wash the vehicle every rental. Mother nature washes our trucks at least twice a month without the use of harmful chemicals. When the weather is cold washing a vehicle will cause the door seals and surfaces to freeze, rendering them unusable. Client's are expected to clean the vehicle once during their rental term.

Each Renter is responsible to return the truck clean and swept out or may be charged a minimum $75 for cleaning ... at the discretion of the dealer

Be Courteous... Please Clean the Windshield for the next renter when you are Fueling the truck for the last time
Rental Cancellation Coverage*
- I Accept the rental cancellation coverage and will pay a flat rate of $50. The $50 admin fee allows me to cancel a confirmed reservation and only pay $100 per reservation day. ( i.e. A 4 day reservation will cost 4 X $100 + $50 adm fee = $450) If the cancellation coverage is accepted the fee will be added to the rental quote, reservation and or agreement.

Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation date and time will be treated as "No Shows". Renter is 100% financially responsible for the full value of the rental for a "no show" and fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

Cancellations must be submitted in written Monday to Friday 9 Am to 4 Pm Eastern Standard time, if received after hours the e-mail will be considered delivered the next business day
